DR, STRUTHERS WILL BE GONE ON A UNIVERSITY TEACHING APPOINTMENT  FROM
AUGUST 10TH, 2008 UNTIL JUNE 1ST, 2009.  There will be no clinic appoints after Aug. 10th until June 2009.  Referrals will be made upon request.

Standardized Tests : (Refer to TC Bank of available tests)  100.00 / Per Test.

Simple Evaluation: One standardized test instrument, clinical observations, including one visit and written results:  225.00.
